How long should I wait to hear back?+

We'll always try to answer you within a few minutes, but sometimes our small team can get a little bit backed up. If we take a little longer, don't worry! We'll make sure you're taken care of.

Are you a real person?+

How can I update my next shipment?+

With Verb Flex, we always send a text two days before each shipment so that you don't need to worry about keeping track of when the order is going to process. You can always update your shipment then, or feel free to text us sooner and we can take care of that for you.

How can I skip a shipment?+

Where can I buy Verb?+

We currently sell direct to consumers online. If you haven't tried Verb yet, check out our trial of Verb Flex. If you're already a customer, feel free to text us to order or check out our order page.

Where does Verb ship?+

We currently ship everywhere in the US, including Alaska and Hawaii. We hope to offer international shipping as soon as possible!

How much does shipping cost?+

We offer flat rate shipping for $4.95 – this means that the more you order, the more you save on shipping!

How long does shipping take?+

Shipping takes on average 3-5 business days! Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday.

I never received my shipment+

If your shipment never arrived, shoot us a text and we'll try to get it resolved ASAP!
