What is Verb?

90 calorie energy bars with as much caffeine as an espresso (yup, you read that right). Verb gives you a light and powerful energy boost that you can rely on every day.

We hope you'll use Verb to power you through every day. Whether it's energizing an early morning workout, getting through that 2pm meeting, or just trying not to fall asleep in class, Verb has you covered.

What's in 'em?
Organic Green Tea Caffeine

We chose organic green tea because it has an amino acid called L-Theanine, which keeps your mind calm and relaxed while maintaining the focus and alertness that caffeine provides.

TL;DR Energy without the jitters.

Nut Butter

Nut butters like almond butter (in Maple Blueberry and Simply Cocoa) and peanut butter (in Salted PB) are good sources of healthy monounsaturated fats, which are great for heart health, as well as protein.

TL;DR Healthy fats and a clean protein source.

Gluten-Free Oats and Quinoa

Oats are a great source of fiber, and both oats and quinoa have more protein than most grains. Because of a soluble fiber called beta-glucan, oats help to lower LDL cholestrol (that's the bad kind).

TL;DR Good carbs for long-lasting energy.
